Marketing Authorization (ACM)


The market placement for preparations and substances medicinal purposes derived from cannabis is subject to a Marketing Authorization (ACM). We have developed the necessary documentation for the Authorization process, including:

→ Identification of the intervenients in the production chain;
→ Recommendation of the labeling and instructions for use;
→ Documentation regarding the Quality of the preparations or substances based on the cannabis plant for medicinal purposes;
